Our mission is simple: through the provision of services that offer care, friendship, stimulation, and motivation, to help disabled people achieve their full potential – whilst giving families and carers much-needed respite.
We work alongside Enable Ability in Portsmouth to provide supported employment programmes for those leaving the InterActiv Programme.

Working across Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport and Fareham, we recognise that there are many factors which can lead to instability at home, a person needing support around their emotional health or wellbeing, or place young people and their families at increased risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour or crime. We take a place-led and person-centred approach, building on strengths, and providing positive ‘life chances’ to help all we work with to thrive.
We are proud to work with Motiv8 on the Aspiration NEET Zero programme in Portsmouth and to provide guidance for those with an EHCP looking for paid employment.

At Unloc, we exist to ‘unloc’ the potential of young people, helping them develop the confidence, skills and leadership to shape their own futures and the world around them.

SPARK Community Space aims to help people who don’t feel like they fit in, to access the support and services they need, so they can ‘Spark’ back into life.
We are proud to support Spark’s volunteer buddy scheme and their work to reduce isolation in all vulnerable communities.

Blue Apple is an inspirational and ambitious theatrical company that supports learning disabled performers to develop and present high-quality productions to the widest possible audiences – performing and touring theatre, dance, and film within a variety of venues around Hampshire and the southern regions, as well as nationally and internationally.
We are proud to work with Blue Apple Theatre to create employability skills in the creative and cultural industries.
