our provider network partners
Empowering Employment is committed to changing the employment landscape for people with a learning disability and autism in our local communities.
We also recognise that there are so many other groups of people that facing challenges on a national scale.
Our network of provider partners brings together like-minded organsations from across varying fields and localities, to enact change on a national scale.
It also works to link job seekers from all training providers with businesses that are ready and able to offer appropriate work opportunities.
Our mission is twofold – to showcase the skills and employability of people who identify as being neurodiverse, autistic or have a learning disability and to support our local community who may be experiencing food poverty along with the promotion of fresh cooking.
At Unity Works, our vision is an inclusive world where people with a learning disability who want to work, can work.
We work with, for and alongside colleagues with lived experience to create employment and training opportunities and showcase the talents of people with a learning disability to employers.
Our delivery includes business to business social enterprises, supported employment contracts and complimentary skills and learning provision.
Our mission is simple: through the provision of services, that offer care, friendship, stimulation and motivation, to help disabled people achieve their full potential – whilst giving families and carers much-needed respite.
SFHT offers a wide range of services to people with a learning disability through our residential home, a daytime personal development programme and our supported living services.
SFHT now supports over one hundred people across all our services. We operate 7 supported living services, one residential home at Bisterne and have 3 day service locations.
The Stable Family Home Trust wants to give excellent support to people with learning disabilities and their families.
Evenbreak exists to solve a couple of big problems
Employers told us they struggled to attract disabled candidates.
And disabled candidates told us they couldn’t tell which employers were inclusive.
So, we joined the dots and created what we believe to be the UK’s most accessible job board to connect the two.
The employers who advertise on Evenbreak are actively aiming to attract disabled candidates… and the registered candidates want to work for inclusive companies.
