Working together on supported apprenticeships

Smart Training have been our trusted delivery partner for Supported Apprenticeships for a number of years, supporting and delivering carefully planned training programmes whilst acknowledging and accommodating the complexities of our client base which has to date helped 25 of our Minstead Trust employees successfully achieve qualifications in customer service, health and social care and team leading and management sectors.

We have recently expanded our delivery partnership for Supported Apprenticeships across Hampshire and Dorset within the customer service and warehouse operative sectors.

In 2024, with the support of Minstead Trust, Smart Training became the first private business based on the Isle of Wight to be awarded Disability Confident Leader status.
