evenbreak
Evenbreak exists to solve a couple of big problems.
Employers told us they struggled to attract disabled candidates. And disabled candidates told us they couldn’t tell which employers were inclusive.
So, we joined the dots and created what we believe to be the UK’s most accessible job board to connect the two.
The employers who advertise on Evenbreak are actively aiming to attract disabled candidates… and the registered candidates want to work for inclusive companies.
We are proud to be members of Evenbreaks HIVE and often signpost jobseekers to vacancies on the Evenbreak Website.

motiv8
Working across Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport and Fareham, we recognise that there are many factors which can lead to instability at home, a person needing support around their emotional health or wellbeing, or place young people and their families at increased risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour or crime. We take a place-led and person-centred approach, building on strengths, and providing positive ‘life chances’ to help all we work with to thrive.
We are proud to work with Motiv8 on the Aspiration NEET Zero programme in Portsmouth and to provide guidance for those with an EHCP looking for paid employment.

Connect To Work
Connect To Work is a work programme in England and Wales to help disabled people, those with health conditions and people with complex barriers to employment, to find sustainable work.
We are delighted to support Connect to Work in Portsmouth and Southampton, signposting potential candidates who have completed one of our work readiness programmes.
